The inquiry form may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, care interests, preferred area, move timeline, budget range, amenities, and optional notes. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information.

Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs, to deliver and secure the website.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, communicate with you, understand your care preferences, help identify senior living or care options, operate and improve the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law. The inquiry form is not intended for emergency or medical communications.

How information is shared

We may share inquiry information with team members and service providers that help us operate the website and respond to requests. Depending on the assistance you request, information may also be shared with senior living communities or care providers so they can respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information for money.

• Replit: website hosting, application infrastructure, and PostgreSQL data storage.
• Resend: delivery of inquiry notifications and confirmation emails.
• OpenAI services through Replit: generation of AI-assistant responses from the messages you enter.

AI assistant

Messages entered in the AI assistant are sent to an AI service to generate a response. The Senior Reach application does not save chat history after you refresh or leave the page. Do not enter medical records, contact information, financial account information, or other sensitive personal details in chat.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the inquiry form or use the AI assistant. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing leads@contacts.seniorreachsanantonio.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults researching senior care. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
